Fry question

I have my first batch of Pun. Nyererei "Makobe Island" fry and I have no idea how long I need to grow them out before I can sell them.

The reason I ask is I am limited on nursery tank space and I am worried if another female holds any time soon, I will not have room for more.

Growth rate depends in part on species, size of tank and diet. I am not sure how fast that species grows.

Generally people will buy them at any size, but 1-2 inch is a good starter since that will mark a few months of age. Thats the general size LFS will carry africans as "small"

They should be good for sale once they hit an inch, probably at 3 or 4 months old
