Wanting to add a Bristle nose to my 19 F1 1.5''-2'' fry any other ideas of good pleco

Looking for neat little Pleco and interested in your opinions?? My past tank had bristlenose he got along just fine and had zero issues whats yall's opinions? All the fish are 19 F1 1.5''-2'' fry right now think it will work?

If i purchase a pleco local i want to quarantine him them in my 20 gallon tank how long do ya recommend and do ya say medicate or just watch em? I hate to get my F1's sick…. Thanks in advance. CD

I'd treat for a week before putting him in the main tank.

I personally don't like to have plecos in my Tropheus tanks because I've had dominant males kill plecos.

+1 bought 3 common 2 killed overnight and 1 beat up bad in my troph tank

Being that he has fry it might work though

For the short term I would imagine the first one I had was in when they were juvies and as they matured they mutilated it

The only plecos that have worked in my troph tanks were the ones that were small enough to hide out, but then they end up on the run all the time. Trophs + plecos = no fun
