  • 125 Gallon Stocking help

I recently bought a 125 gallon tank and want to set up a Tanganyikan community I would like to keep
    Cyprichromis utinta
    Neolamprologus multifasciatus
    Lamprologus ocellatus
    pair/trio of calvus/compressiceps
    Julidochromis transcriptus
    Synodontis Petricola
    And Neolamprologus caudopunctatus
    Will these work together?

    Tanganyikans!

They should work together. I loved our cyps and had them with gobies, multis, and petricolas

Personally, i wouldn't do multiple shellies choose the mutlies or the occies. But everything else looks ok.

      7 gal baby compressicps
      14 bio cube fry tank, multies-orange leleupi-telmatochromis
      4 tank rack- 30 cubes. Shellies, mulities-brevis-telmatochromis-caudopunctaus

      125 Tropheus black bembas

Not saying it was right, but i used to have 2 types of multis in my 90 gallon. I did not have a problem. I just kept two different and separated piles. With that said, it is probably better to go with just one kind of shellie.
