Here is my second biggest male- he's alpha the hot pink spots are coming out. My wife today said your tank is looking little small. She may come around after all. I think she's reconsidering since I brought in all the Nanotanks into my office.
I am gonna let her keep feeding them. 😈

Photos aren't so great. I spent a half hour trying to find a moment he would stay still.
I took out half the rock last week for more swiming space. I thought I had 15 left but I'm now counting 17.
they have cleaned most of algae of the back of the tank.

They are coming along nicely...having that good green algae to graze on sure does help speed up the growth process...

Algae I think helps a lot. I've got lots of flow in the tank. I do minimal water changes but siphon poop out once a week, it's bare bottom.

Very tempting, but I want to work on the wifey some more. I think would go with a different variant if I get more. Maybe ikola, nkonde, moliro, duboisi, or ilangi. I'm not sure. I need a little contrast in colors.

really nice! i had 32 dubs, all over 4"tl and 6 wc males at ~6"tl, with 12 bemba flames in a 75g with an fx5, 2217, 2xk4's, and a proclear 125 wtdry running a mag7. they breed and shook constantly.
when i had to downgrade them- i put them all in a 40g 3ft tank. anything is possible- waterchanges, meds on hand (more then you could ever need is the amount to shoot for - monster filtration - usually a combo - and good high quality food! thats all they need! trophs arent as hard as some say. its all about the prep work. your group looks incredible!
