      • Aw man, already? That's a shame. Priority one does have to be happy wife though

True statement. We'll see. she was enjoying watching them last night. Seemingly more active every night.

          • I feel like she'll grow some kind of affinity towards to them sooner or later. Maybe not though

            • We'll see. Generally if she doesn't like it that doesn't change.

              • The decision has been made. The trophs get to stay. Turns out it's not the fish, it's the time spent on wild caught maintenance. Now that meds are done and a standard schedule is being set, she's happier.

                  • Now just have to figure out how the next one is being setup. May have bought driftwood for nothing.....
                    Not happy about that....

                    • Gotta look to the bright side.. All the treatment on the trophs wasn't for nothing. What's your plan for the next one?

                      • Was gymnogeophagus, but due to certain requirements I'm gonna bow out on them for now. Gonna try for another troph group, but we'll have to see.

                        • Love the gymnos, but you can't beat trophs in my opinion

                          • It's a give an take in terms of personality. I will have a group again one day. But I need a perfect 55/75 gallon, for now it's just not in the cards.

                              • No plans at the moment to cull any. Being that these are wild caught, there is no need for other bloodlines.
