Tanganyika: 55G community Tangs

This is another tank that dedicated to lake Tanganyika...well! what else? My plan is to upgrade this tank to larger tank when the opportunity presents itself (ain't we all lol). Maybe to a 125G or larger. Pardon the scape. I just threw something in there to get it going.

Residents in this community include:
Brichardi gang: 3M8F. Breed like rabbit. None survive thus far. Nevertheless, they are boss of the tank.
BN pleco: 3F keeping the rock clean.
Cylindricus: 3M1F.
Cyprichromis Kigoma: 2M3F
Gold head compressiceps: 2 juvies
Julidochromis: 1M.
Leulepi: too many to count lol.
Telmatochromis: sadly only 3 left from group of 10. Might setup a species tank for them in the future. I think the Brichardi gang pick them up one by one from some reason.

Filtration:
AC 110
Eheim 2217

Plants:
Anubias

Water change: 50% weekly

One of the better 55 gallon tanks I've seen.

Tried 55's and quickly upgraded them. Only success I has was with a group of daffodils.

My initial thought when getting this Cyps group was putting them in the Moba tank to add activities to the mid and top water column. I was skeptical that them Moba will snack them on the first night. So change in plan. Once I can get a larger tank, will put them in with the Kilesa and some comp and calvus.

Yeah Ken, your monster Leulepi took the "shaming corner" at the top left of the tank for a whole week. He was finally allowed to join the gang.

Down to 1 Telmatochromis from group of 10. Don't know what the heck is going on with them.
Other tank mates are doing well.

I got 10 completely healthy and were doing fine first 2 weeks in with the Leulepi fry in the 20 gallon. Then 2 suddenly die. I thought it was aggression, so moved them in this 55 gallon.

...then they keep dropping dead gradually. Now only 1 left.

got them from me. they were doing fine in my tank too, until the helianthus decided to want to breed.

If they came from Beto, then I have no clue, other than a new environment, and they have possibly been bullied by the others.
