Male or Female, Help ?

Can someone help me. Is my Kirin Parrot a male or female ?
And if female will she lay eggs alone.

Looks female based on the vent. My guess is probably not fertile, but only time will tell

+1 on female. It's hit and miss on fertility with these man made fish. Nice looking parrot btw!
She won't lay egg unless there is a male around to do the job.
