Very nice looking tank and fish. The demasoni is nice and fat.
What is with the tape at the top? Lighting effect?

No its quite hot in India and my tanks r placed in a room where AC is not installed ...hence I prefer open top tank to keep temp in control. .. tapes r there to restrict fishes ftom jumping out of the tank ..... it worked for me

LOL I see. That a good idea to keep the fish from jumping out. We can buy egg crate pannel from Home Depot here in the States to use as top cover. Looking better than the tape.

Cool deal. There are also many local breeders here with to help with supplying a great selection of Malawi cichlids. You come to the right place. Lol
