What size setup? What kind of filtration? Can you provide a list of the fauna? I can tell you from the pics that the Gouramis are probably not a good mix with the cichlids, as the cichlids will most likely tear the Gourami up

Well, if you're asking for advice on stocking, I'd go ahead and remove the guppies and gouramis. Might work for a week, might work for a year, might not work at all. For best results, you should only keep cichlids (plecos and certain catfish will work as well)

It's for sure that as soon as the cichlids mouths get big enough the guppies will be lunch, and my oldest Acei owns the top left of the tank and would go after the gourami. The gourami won't have a chance if one of the cichlids decides to fight for territory.
