Can anyone help out with seeing what's going on with the cichlid? I just noticed the other day one eye is getting cloudy and it seems like his fins and starting to shred. All the other fish in the tank look perfectly healthy.

Test your water? Nitrates? Nitrites? Ammonia? PH? What's the tank mates? Tank size? Water temp?
It's hard to say from a picture but my guess is fin rot. From? could be getting picked on or bad water. could be other things.Nothing Kills Evil Like a Sharp Stick...Comment

I agree. Furthermore, the fish may get a secondary infection of fungus (saprolegnia).
