  • Rare Leleupi picture

For those of you who know, this picture is rare.

    Couple of comments.
    1.  I didnt know they laid their eggs on top of each other.  These eggs if you look closely are layered.
    2.  Mom tends to them.  Dad defends the territory.
    3.  Eggs laid sometime between Midnight and Noon Sunday July 20th.  I will attempt to take pictures each day of their development.

Now for those who dont know why this picture is rare...   Leleupi's are well known, to be excellent at hiding their clutches from anyone view.  Everyone whom I have spoken to about leleupi fry will tell you that they dont spawn in the open, they hide everything.. and the only way you know they are babies, is when you see them out and about.   Since it was only a few days since they got into their new home, I am taking they like the place.

Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

Reload the picture..  I noticed for some reason or another I messed up the picture.  Reload it now and it will show nicer.
As of 9:15pm there isnt much any difference.  All the eggs are there, but no showing of eyes yet.
So no updates for now :)

It was cool while it lasted.   As of this morning there is maybe 5 eggs left on the window.  I expect them to be gone by this afternoon :(
