That is alot of effort for not much of a change... if I upgrade I'm gonna UPGRADE. For those that helped me move the 200, they know how much of a pain if was to get it up to the second floor. I was thinking around 470.

          any ectodus luck?
Not since I removed the calvus from the tank. I recently rescaped the tank... and it takes quite a while for these guys to settle down. Only now did one of the males start to dig a pit again. It was rough to watch the calvus pick up the ectodus eggs and eat them.

I see why D has the featherfin bug now.
I don't think he'll be into them for very long... he never is. Whenever he needs to get rid of his furcifer/foai for something else, I'll have a tank ready.

Dorothy : How can you talk if you haven't got a brain?
Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

                  • Well, if he keeps it downstairs...it will have to double as a waterbed. :)

                      • Due to health, I can't help move but I'll find some Pom Poms at the Dollar store and cheer those who will be. I will also have some cards for my Orthopedic and Physical Therapist handy.

                        • A bigger tank is still a ways away.

Update. I temporarily housed some Telemats in with the tricotis. Not a good decision. Although nobody got injured, Most of the male tricotis are now missing their trailers. Oh well... another 6 months for them to grow back. My female benthos hold on a semi- frequent basis - just not to term.

                          Current inhabitants:
                          1M/1F BBN
                          6M/6F Benthochromis tricoti
                          5M/4F Paracyprichromis nigripinnis
                          4M/8F Ectodus descampsii

I think I'm going to move the Ectodus into my other tang tank. There was more breeding behavior when they were housed with cyps.
