wow, those ikolas and moliros look awesome!  I forgot how cool they were since we only had them for a short period of time!

and yes, no more changes for the 90g!  I'm too afraid to move Blumps, he'll freak out and hit his head like last time!

I think around 7-8 inches now.  I'm hoping he'll be over 12+ that's why I keep him in that tank by himself.  Give him plenty of room to grow

lol, I have actually, but when he gets colored up so does that tail part, it gets bright red.  Looks really cool, so I was worried it would hurt him if I trimmed it.  Plus I have no experience in doing that.

We got him from Xtreme when he was about 4 inches.  Troung gave me a really good deal because he felt bad for me after my first fh died.  They're really hardy fish.  If you see one you like, throw out a price at him, you never know.  He does mark those up.  HAW has some really nice ones in right now, all have nice flowerlines, some have pearls, and they all have nice koks already forming.  I think Dan was sellling them for $120...not bad at all.  I'm really tempted to pick up another one, but I also want to do a cak-a-dise tank!  decisions, decisions...

Got him at Xtreme. The only advice I could give you is to go in there, become a regular, chat with Truong and get to know him, and when you're ready to buy haggle to hell with him.

I would check HAW too, Dan had some nice flowehorns just last week, and they were cheaper than Xtreme...

dude gives me good deals all the time!
i just didnt think he would bugde enough on a 5" super red dragon with a MONSTER KOK and fins granted by the fish god himself marked at 499.99

you're right, he probably won't budge because there are people out there willing to pay that much!  but sometimes they're not marked right, he just throws them in random tanks when he gets them in.  I saw a really nice one a couple of weeks ago, he was selling him for $325, already sold to someone name Manny...I need to know who this manny person is!

He is a red dragon zz.  I love the king kamfas, pearls are great!

I'm debating adding a few smaller rocks next to the big one to gradually bring it down to the substrate.

big stone mix with smaller stones will give a more natural look.

Nice rock! Looking down at it I would try and turn it counter clockwise 90-180deg.

If you find more about half or third the size it would be nice.
