    Nanochromis parilus (part 2) :(

    Well the sad news is that this evening after my female didnt look really good this morning was found dead in the tank.

    I have three others but the one I thought was a female that I got some time ago for the other male I am thinking is turning out to be another male.

    Do anyone know where I can find some adult females ?  I was able to once find some a fish gallery, but I am interested in finding more than just one female this time.   I might just end up selling them all.. I dont know... right now I need to think about it.

    What fish do Jesper have

    Sorry to here about the bad news.  Other than the internet I don't really know where else to get them.  Haven't seen them at the LFS, but then again I don't go there to often. I'm sure other members might have seen something. I might have seen some at Fish ranch.....but that was months ago.

    As for the fish, I've always like them as dwarf cichlids. Did you ever get them to breed for you?

      Yeah but I didnt have them in a seperate tank and the young once they started to go around the tank to locate food they got taken out by the other tank mates pretty quick.  I was going to put them in a new planted tank here in a few weeks / months when I had the money to put one new one together for them but then the female died :(
      I am sure I can get them to breed again once I have another female and a planted tank ready for them.

        best of luck......when you got fry let me know.....i need to restock my planted tank too!
