but i guess sweetgum is better than a pinoak tree......

He's really like a Texas Live Oak, but Sweetgum just sounds so sweet....

My three little fish are growing strong and getting darker by the minute :)  They all eat the same amount of food, but I've noticed two are getting considerably bigger than one of them, so I'm guessing I have two males and one female.  I've been thinking about names for them (do people here admit they name their fish? LOL)  and here they are:

Dalilah- for the female.  She was a dangerous temptress in the Hebrew bible....  Sounds fitting.

Sir Gawain- for the big male.  He's a celtic God that brought fertility to the land by finding the Holy Grail.  I have a feeling he may be the one that mates :)

Merlin- for the small male.  I have a feeling he may go into hiding to get away from Gawain- LOL.


I do have a question about mating these little fish.  Once they grow up, is it safe for them to mate?  I mean, they ARE brothers and sister  :?
