  • ? about Frozen Foods For Tangs

My question is can you feed Frozen Blood Worms, Frozen Daphnia, and Frozen Mysis Shrimp to the following Tangynikan Cichlids

Altolamprologus Species ie; Calvus and Compressiseps
Neolamprologus Species ie; Sexfasciatus, Trets, Brichardi, Leleupi
and Shellies ie; Gold and Black Occies, Similis, and Multies.

i have read that these fish are carnivores, but just want ot make sure if its alright, i know they love Frozen Brine Shrimp.

I dont see an issue with feeding them this.  They primarily feed on crustation etc from the bottom when feeding in the lake
I would not over do it.. but a meal here and there with this should not be a problem.
