    Just saw some spit size free swimming fry. not too sure, could be hallucinating but will take some pics if its for sure. gonna go feed some hikari first bites to see if they come out again. :wink: if they do. YAY!!

                  they should be fine for a while. they also don't kill other fishes over night. It's kind of like a...."I'm hit you for coming over here" kind of thing. And most of the time, the other fishes can't help it but swim over there.

                  My friend had an old 75g with like 30-40 adults plus 100s of fry and they took up 3 and 1/2 foot of tank space. They had fronts, calvus, some other tank mates all hiding on one side of the tank. It didn't matter how big the other fish was the brichardis would just hound any other fishes in the tank.

                    Congrats Sourapple.... well I said you would have fry before Jan 15th in your tank.. well I was off by weeks... what can I say...
                    well on a side note.. my leleupi layd eggs today.. so in a few days I will have wigglers :)

                        they sure did! but the tank mates where smaller in the 6 footer.

                        man, that front they where picking on was like 5''.  I actually got that front for phong when it was 4'' and from the get of it was bad.

                              My leleupi parents, in the books listed as "very sneaky and hard to know when the parents have eggs" forgot to read the books about themselves and lay eggs absolutely in the open where I can see them.  In the new tank they laid them on the overflow box, right where I can see them :)
