  • Cyps in action

So without to much fan fare etc.. I came home and took a couple of pictures because I noticed a male and female doing something slightly different from what I was used to seeing them do...

I am sure that I dont have to explain to much now..

    They are dancing

The next four pictures are taken basically as fast as the camera will take it.
This one you can see the egg is starting to push out of her

    Almost all the way there

    Dropping

    Pickup

All I can say is what an awesome sight....
Now to the bad part.. because of death in family, other problems etc.. I have not done a water change in this tank in like 3-4 weeks.. and this is two days in a row I have gotten cyps to breed... I feel sorry for the fish that they will not have fresh water until this weekend.

Yeah I know.. well here is the deal.. they all stay down below -- ie the shellies except they have all learned when I come close its "feeding time" and then they all come to the top because they dont want to be the last ones to get a bite to eat :)

I have two cyps no question about holding.. I am hoping some more of them will go at it. Tattoo these are your old guys :) They really like the 110 tall they are in :) obvious :)

Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

Yeah I just wish they where sharper... like I stated in the pictures.. this was the camera going at full speed and basically you are seeing what happens in about 1/2-3/4 of a second. Its damn quick -- that is for sure :)
