Jesper that will work but you need to realize that the accuracy of that meter is 0.1 I think its worth spending the extra cash and get one that is accurate within 0.01

I've got about 5 or so Ikola that I pulled out the other day and several females holding. So if your wanting more, its going to take some time.

This is the one I have, it used to be a lot cheaper than this. It corrects for temperature, but it is not so much really needed. I've only ever noticed a slight change.

I think this one is just as good and cheaper.

is there a digital ph meter that will do both salt and fresh... i ask because you have to use different liquid test color charts for salt and fresh is that the same for digital meters?

Both of these meters do not specify salt or fresh, and I do think they could be used in both applications. To be certain I would ask them.

I think the only diference is high range and low range.

When using the mixing chemicals there is only a range that can be produced accurately.

The electronic meters can be caibrated for as low a 4.0 and all the way up to 10.0 on the pH scale. I do not think the electronic ones I posted above would be any issue salt or fresh.
