I am thinking about moving my banded loaches to my 72 gallon (see below). Any issues with compatibility here?

I don't see any obvious issues here... aside from the fact that you already have quite a few bottom dwellers in there. Be certain that that all have somewhere that they can call home.Scarecrow : I haven't got a brain... only straw.
