I feed mine Omega flakes on a daily basis & about once a week, an algae wafer broken into little pieces. The guppies will gobble up all the flakes, so I'm not so sure the corys will have much left to eat. Might try both, sinking and flakes in moderation of course, and see how that goes. Just be careful not to overfeed. There is a happy medium, you just have to find it.

So are the corys being bullied when you feed the fish because the guppies want their food? If so, feed the corys after you turn the lights out. They will eat in the dark when the guppies are sleeping.
          Guppies:
Hi-fin pepper Cory's, Black Cory's, Long Fin Golden Aneus, Swordtails, some lyretail(RREA's, Red, Albino Koi, Red & Gold Tux), Different types of BN plecos(albino, calico, long fin, blue eyed short & long fin)
          Mystery Snails, Yellow Shrimp, CPDs

Don't tell fish stories where people know you; but particularly, don't tell them where they know the fish.

Ya flake food works great, thats what I use in both of 55's but I add frozen brine shrimp in my heavly planted tank. I've never seen an aggressive guppy but I do have a one eyed albino cory that has been getting bullied for nearly 5yrs by my red tail shark. The sharks really that way with most of the fish in there he's the boss. In fact the cory and the shark are the only original fish I have left since I started this tank
