skinny clown loach treatment

just wondering if anyone have dealt with skinny clown loach problem?
is it suppose to be IP or worms problem?
they still eats a good amount, just not getting fat up... the belly is not rounded up, and overall skinny...

all i have on hand is some metros...tried a few days and doesnt seems to be working too well...

anyone tried any dewormer on them? safe guard for dogs or something?
