    What's your favorite Corydoras?

    So after looking through a ton of Cory cats, I was wondering what are you guys' favorites? My favorites are Corydoras adolfoi, metae, panda, pygmaeus, habrosus, and hastatus.


    My favs listed in the order above ^

      Panda, sterbi, adolfoi, imitator and any long nose cory.
      Guppies:
      Hi-fin pepper Cory's, Black Cory's, Long Fin Golden Aneus, Swordtails, some lyretail(RREA's, Red, Albino Koi, Red & Gold Tux), Different types of BN plecos(albino, calico, long fin, blue eyed short & long fin)
      Mystery Snails, Yellow Shrimp, CPDs

      HAS Master Aquatic Gardener awarded 1997
      HAS Master Fish Breeder awarded 1998

        Tried and true . . . sterbai.

          I also like the sterbai. Not a favorite, but I'd prefer it over a lot of them.

                Another of my favorites is Corydoras haraldshultzi.
                This one isn't a cory, but I've been looking for them for a long time.

                The hara hara aka butterfly catfish.

                    My favorite so far is the Corydoras Paleatus (Peppered Cory) I love the iridescent blue-green color on them!!

                      Those hara hara look awesome! I love my Megalodoras Irwinis though! My favorite cat is tied between a RTC, False Tigrinus, and Tigrinus. One day, I'll have a big enough tank to house them!

                          I got two of them from Rob (TexSun), and I'm definitely loving them! They're a third of my metae and they all school together now that I've gotten some fish to occupy the top column.

                            my favorite has to be sterbai. hands down. and i love the blue spotteds (agazzizi), and i've noticed (at least in my tank) that the sterbai (1 inch) stay smaller than my blue spotteds (2 inch). along with those 2 types, i have 1 brochis splendens, who is the leader of all the corys in my tank! at 4 inches, he's the biggest by far, and looks just like a overgrown emerald cory! the others (a total of about 30) follow him wherever he goes (125g, 6ft tank).

                            2.5g- ramshorn hatchery
                            6g eclipse- yellow shrimp, chili rasboras, yellow apple snails
                            29g- geo grow-out, angels, 12"fire eel, dwarf frog, apple snails
                            45g- jade sleeper gobies, native killifish, feeder endlers
                            75g-                             2 oscars, parrot, silver dollars, albino channel cat, syno euptera, bichir, baby jaguar, convicts, yabby
                            125g- fahaka puffer, rainbow shark
                            and about a dozen bettas....

                              Haha - more cory addicts! Here's mine - no way I can determine "1" favorite - they are all so different and unique!
