Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

Oh no! They almost went on a ride, huh?

Did you say you do daily water changes? Is that because they're in a fry tank, or to spur breeding...?

Yeah good idea to use a yellow bucket for the smaller fry-tank (use a black one for the bigger fry !!!). I do daily waterchanges because fry needs "overfeeding" and the tank isn't very big (30 littres). So a lot of pollution. Fill a vucket the dat before and place it above my tank so temps are the same. The bigger fry is in a bigger tank (50 litres)

spawning of the adults is activated by waterchanges with cold water.

Oh, I see. Good for you for doing all that work... Well whatever you're doing, it's definitely working- so many beautiful babies! :)
Yes we use orange buckets, but is sometimes hard to see what's in there anyway...good catch!!

Lucky! I've been wanting some more C. Hasbrosus! They seem to rarely pop up over here. The C. Pygmaeus are much more common.
