looking for a cleanup crew for my 30...

I need some sort of pleco or loach for my 30 gal growout tank. It has 7 3-4in mbunas in it and I'm looking for a fish that can coexist, and possibly be active, or display color. I know clowns get too big, so any other ideas are GREATLY appreciated!
