Anyone else keep lungfish in Houston?

I have a 2.5' protopterus amphibius and was wondering if anyone else had any big boys.

Did he really eat the intake? I don't know anything about these fish, but I am just wondering where it went after he ate it?

All I keep is smaller fish, but I was wondering, in what size tank is lungbert? And I'm assuming he's the only one in there...or else he is now...

Its in a 55 for now but this species in captivity can grow to about 4' so I'll definatly need to upgrade sometime.
