    Wow, okay, thanks you guys! Yeah, they're still going at it. But as long as others have been known to do this for days and days at a time, I'm happy! I haven't noticed anything else strange about them. No one is particularly fat...not that I can tell, anyway.    They're not really staying still enough to examine closely!

      Well, they're still going. They changed sides for two days and went to the left front corner of the tank, but now they're back with the up and down on the ride side. Krazy Kuhlis!

        I am thinking they found a treadmill in your tank and all decided to pick up some jogging on the side

                i have 1 clown loach, i have had himsince he was 1", its been almost 2 years now, and about every 2 months, he just goes into a frenzy, doing the up and down thing, he does this for a god 12-36 hours and then hes back to normal  i think they just like to jack with our heads    8O

                    I'm not aware of any place that has them, but I haven't been shopping for a while...sorry!

                    Update, they MIGHT have stopped...I got home at 7:45, and they have been relatively quiet for the past 45 minutes. Relatively meaning every once in a while they go back and forth a bit, but they're also spending some time resting.

                    All I said was, geez, it's about time!! I mean, they are going when I wake up in the morning, even before their lights are on, and still going when I turn off the lights to go to bed. Craziness.  8)
