    Re: new zebra tank

How exciting, looks like your plan is really coming along.  Can't wait to see picks of them in their new home

I still like the longfin dwarfs better.  They are almost invisable in a planted tank in their camo colors.   Then they move and you spot them.

        But those are pretty
'Dear Lord,' the minister began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face. 'Without you, we are but dust ...'
He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four-year old girl voice, 'Mom, what is butt dust?'

fedex is sending the driver out to confirm the address but im sure its too late.

Oh no! Have you searched around your place to be sure they didn't 'hide' it somewhere you haven't thought to look yet? I found a package under the bush by my front door once, and I had been home all day!

                      Re: new zebra tank

I waited by the door all day and have checked around the house and even the neighbors house at least three times.

Now all I can do is wait for fedex to tell me they shipped to the wrong house.

                        this is getting really depressing.

fedex doesnt know what to do
the seller/store owner is starting to show a evil side since he's got his money
im out two zebras or a good chunk of change

i think im gonna let this dream die, i dont even want to try. there are two beautiful zebras probably dead in a stupid box somewhere.

                              Re: new zebra tank

nothing yet. fedex has accepted the screw up and since its live fish that probably didnt make it through the day it will be monday before i find out if im really screwed or not.

after talking to the shipper some more he has stated that there were four fish in there instead of just the two zebra. i jumped on him for the problem and he has stated his concern and informed me that the package also contained two long fin bristlenose plecos as a thank you for my purchase

now there are four beautiful plecos boiling on someones porch.

                                Re: new zebra tank

Sadly, the seller doesn't have any control over the delivery once he/she hands the package over to the shippper.

Hopefully, if the Zebras and Bristlenose don't make the journey to you door in a lively state, FedEX will pay a claim.  Even better would be if the seller had additional he could send while the claim was resolved.  I've had good experiences with USPS Overnight Express, they even deliver on Sundays.
