  • Cleaning out a tank

So I bought myself a 179 gallon euro braced tank.
It was used for saltwater in the last and obviously have the signs of it.
Now how would you clean it down ?
Just dry off with wet rag and let what ever salt is left in the tank be something my trophs will be happy with ?

If I'm not mistaken this has no stand?

I would fill it and pour a bottle or two of vinegar in there.... let it sit for a few days and then start with some elbow grease.

The tank itself is actually pretty clean.. There is a good amount of salt in the tank which is stuck to overflow parts etc that I am wanting to clean out primarily. The tank right now is standing on its side so I can wash it out over the weekend. I will use pickling vinegar then when it come down to cleaning out other parts of the tank..
          Thanks :)
The wet/dry.. a whole other story.
