Probably cool for a planted tank or maybe even a nice little community tank.

Pro3 2080 or the Pro 3E 2078 ?

I've not used either one, but there is some cool video on youtube for all the features of the Pro 3E 2078 that makes it look really cool.

PM Jolley, he uses the Pro 3 2080 on his 300 gallon, he could give you more details.

They work just fine one is made for fresh and salt water the ones like yours comes with the heating element built in, actually there is 2 model one is for fresh and the other for marine aquariums.
I have the one without the heater and works good for my planted aquariums.

Ya I got one coming.
You know how it goes, I took the whole thing apart when I got it.
Apparently I didnt have that toothpick aligned just right and it went pop.
Youd think they could come up with something better than ceramic for that.
