  • Python replacement part

I ordered a couple new faucet pumps from python products this morning. There is a slight design/material flaw in the plastic venturi molded into the valve. It can break when tightening the top female flange onto the faucet adapter...I've had this happen several times over the years, so always keep a replacement faucet pump on hand. When I called to order, the lady there at Python Products said they are aware of the problem and if you send the broken faucet pump to them they will send a replacement free of charge (don't know if this includes shipping). She said they are working on the problem with the design and material the faucet pump is made from.

    part # 13-B, faucet pump $7.94

What are the facts? Again and again and again--what are the facts? Shun wishful thinking, ignore devine revelation, forget what "the stars foretell", avoid opinion, care not what the neighbors think, never mind the unguessable "verdict of history"--what are the facts, and to how many decimal places? You pilot always into an unknown future; facts are your only clue.

I've had that happen to mine in the past and also, always keep a spare on hand. The one I'm using now is getting wobbly in that area so I may just help it along some and send it in since I have an extra on hand.
Reasoning with some people is like trying to nail jello to a wall...

Just don't leave hammer dents all over it when you "help" it, Nancy.
