If your garage is insulated all you need is some fans and managed air flow (ceiling vent and/or side door).
Water will get to about 85 during the summer. I don't keep the garage door cracked during the summer, it is shut until I get up in the AM and then I open it full until I head off for work.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I'm going to go get some clamp on fans tonight, will be installing another powerhead, and will see about getting some of that foam to pad the garage door with.
Again, thanks everyone. Once again I'm learning the hard way.Experiencing an aquatic renaissance!

home depot has the already cut foam panels then if you live in a house you can tap into a ac junction box ,make sure you use a dapener and a/c your garage just turn of the a/c vent in your bathrooms or washrooms "places you don't normally stay in a house
garage door insulation products
stuff needed to run a duct
duct
dampener
tie into box
box®ister
and a good article to read! how to
but you have to insulate that door otherwise it is pointless!

+1 forgot that most garage ceilings are not insulated

Thanks for all the advice and donations everyone. For now I'm going to see if two fans I installed over the tank (read: two desk fans clipped to the center brace and aimed down), along with four two liter bottles currently freezing that I'm going to strategically drop in tomorrow will get the job done.
If not, I'll make a decision to either break the tank down or take it another step in my attempts to cool it. This was supposed to be a throw-down tank so I don't want to invest too much into it, as I do have room for the all the guys in the garage already in the house.
Thanks for all the replies though!Experiencing an aquatic renaissance!
