Anyone else have trouble with the shroud spinning off? Got any solution to this?

I have not had a problem with any of mine doing that.
The shroud has the two slots that spin into the clips.
Why is the shroud spinning? Has it come loose or something?
How old is the powerhead and how old is the mod kit? I have had a couple of mine for over 2 years no issues so far.

JC.. use a rubber band.. solves your issue the quickest.
Next time use Koralia 4's They have worked so much better for me.

In the past 3 years I have bruned out 3 Koralia 4's Motor failed in them. Quoc had said there was a recall on them, but I never checked it out.
On the flip side, I have not had any issues with any of my Eco-Mod's Maxjet 1200's
In performance, the Eco-Mod's are way more flow at 2100gph, where your K4 is only 1200 gph, and in my opinion much more sightly in the aquarium than a K4.380G For Sale $3000 Acrylic tank & stand

geoff I got it in the slots. It just keeps coming off. All 3 of them. They are a couple of months old. Do not want to attach permanent so I can clean impellers. Now I have to remove 400lbs of rock to find the little rubber end cap. But thats OK because I will leave the rock out. I think I'm done with holy rock and eco mods.200
