    You can use just plain cotton sewing thread (brown works best for me because you can't see it) or fishing line to tie the anubias to the driftwood. The thread will eventually break down and all you"ll have left is the roots of the anubias, which cling to the surface of driftwood, rocks, etc. The rhizone (rootstock) will actually decay if planted in the substrate, so if you plan on keeping the anubias planted, just make sure the rhizome is above the substrate. :)
    dang i did not know that...come to think of it...when i replanted it today the roots did look a little like they werent doing well lol

            added some clear ammonia to my tank today...i hope to see it turned into nitrite soon...and then nitrate...and then FISH

                    ive been adding clear ammonia to my tank for the last few days and im still getting an absolute 0 reading of nitrates...am i expecting too soon or am i not doing something right? plus my water got really cloudy all of a sudden

                      The fishless cycle will take 5-6 weeks. you could speed it up by getting a seeded filter from someone. the bloom is a good sign. your bacteria is looking for a home. Good luck!

                          The cloud is a bacteria bloom.. give it a day or two.. and it will clean up completely.
