Current USA Light Fixtures

Is the only differnce in the Orbit fixture and the Dual Satellite Fixture, is the fact the Orbit Fixture comes with the hardware and ability to be a hanging fixture?

I remember wondering about this a couple years ago. Does one of them have fans inside? I can't remember what the difference was when I found out, only that the Orbit was more expensive and that for my tanks, the Satellites were sufficient.
