i need the dimensions to a 10g lid and ive looked online and cant seem to find it....if anyone knows the dimensions or has a 10g lid, could you measure it for me please??!?!

i dunno what brand it is...i think i got it in like a starter kit from walmart or petco when i was 12 lol..its glass with blk trim

That's measuring the inside lip of the tank from one side to the other - since my glass top has that plastic backing. Take a few inches off the 9.5" if you have or want some of that backing to go on there, or want some space for filters and such. :)

Tank brand is very important because they are not all the same size. They're off enough to make a lid either not fit or be too small.

I measured mine from "inside lip" to "inside lip". In other words, this would be the exact size of the glass with a very tight fit. The glass needs to be a little smaller to have some space to be put in place.

19 1/2" x 9 3/4"
19 3/8" x 9 1/2" (just a tad shy of the 9.5" mark)

I don't know what brand either tank is.
