Who makes the smallest canister?

I'm trying to find a filter for my nono tank. The tank is 18l X 10w X 6h and that's about 4.5g.

I don't really want to use a HOB with this set-up. The smallest one I could fine was the one they use on turtle tanks. But I'm looking for something even smaller.

I have this for sale if you want it. $20 and it is yours. I planned on using it on my picotope but decided to keep my existing filter. Its still brand new.
