Syphon starter bulb - Where to buy locally?

Anyone know where to get one locally?

FYI - I have a python for the big stuff at home. I need the syphon starter for the small tank at the office.

My LFS suggested my local auto parts store. Apparently that is used to syphon radiators on cars. He seemed to think the ones at an auto parts place are better made and cheaper.
