  • Filtration for a 125 gallon?

Just wondering is this enough filtration for a 125g?

    2 - Aquaclear 110's
    1 - Eheim 2250

Do I need more or am I set?

What you have should be adequate for your stocking...and reasonable stocking additions for that tank size.

Shun wishful thinking, ignore devine revelation, forget what "the stars foretell", avoid opinion, care not what the neighbors think, never mind the unguessable "verdict of history"--what are the facts, and to how many decimal places? I think its sufficient for a flowerehorn. How often and how much do you plan on changing water?

fishlady and I ran a 75 gallon wet dry along with a Eheim 2217 and an Emperor 400 on that tank when she kept her chimba colony in there.....

She also had a large sponge filter and a Oddessey 250 powerhead as well.

Well I picked up the tank from cichlidfan and fishlady on Monday. As of last night around 8-9pm. It is up and running.

Painted the stand on Tuesday and setup everything last night. phew!!
I never worked that fast to get a tank up and running.

Thanks again to cichlidfan and fishlady for the beautiful tank.

I think my filtration on the system I got now is sufficient for just one fish. haha

Next project building a canopy for the tank and to cover up the top trim.

You ever want to sell that 2250 let me know...

The tank is looking really good, and the filtration you got on there is more than adequate.

Just remember what everyone has already said...waterchange is what makes the real difference ...
