chlorine and chloramine test kit?

Just wondering if anyone knows of a reliable test kit brand to check for these two chemicals.

I live near beltway 8 and 290. Anyone know the water district I need to call to get a report on my tap water?

I use the jungle quick dip chlorine and chloramine test strips, works great for me but maybe it's to cheapo for you.... J/k. I can go to your home around 4:30-5:00 if you wanna test your water
