how long have you guys had your modded k4 without them burning out?

yeah i saw em last time i went to his house..i guess it wouldn't mess up that easily since hes had it for awhile now. i was also wondering if i should run the k4 with the black impeller or the white one in a 75g with tropheus frys? (bout 1.5")

Why not mod a tunze nano stream?

That mod is cheaper and it basically last as long as an unmodded PH.

Why you want that flow in your 75g with fry? A k4 should be more than enough in a 75g imho or you can play with 2 k3's.

yeah i ended taking it off because my fry were being blow off when they werent in the rocks lol. plus the noise irritated me, not to mention the sand all over the place. i will probably mod an mj900 or mj1200 with this later. lol
