I bought 3 of them on 3/3/09. All of them I had to tie wrap on the front cover strainer. It's loose and does not snap on tight. When I first hooked them up the cover would spin off and shot the prop across the water. So I tie wraped them. Now 1 is making a noise and is unusable. Has anyone heard of this problem or of a bad batch?I have a call into Hydor. We will see if they call back.

Another problem is the sureflow mod on maxi jets. Does anyone elses reverse flow every time you turn them off?

Just got off the phone with Mike from Hydor. He said there should be a spacer in the motor housing above this gear looking thing and also one on the impeller. All 3 of mine did not come with them. He wants me to send the k4 that's making noise to him so he can check out this loose egg shell. Customer service seems to be real good at hydor. We will see.
