Optima Pro T-5 Fixture

Anyone have any experience with the above fixture, especially on a big tank. I know there is a big discussion previously on LED versus T-5 but if I was primarily looking for extreme brightness--T-5? Fish Gallery had LED and T-5 setup on a very small tank and the T-5 was a heckuva lot brighter. Thoughts? I've got Leslie's Pool Sand.
