I have a 430 t12 setup and a 660 t5 setup w/ problems with both ballasts. They both are not working. The 430 flickers once and then shuts down. The 660 doesnt come on at all. I got a continuity checker thingy and everything is wired properly and the connections are all good. I would hate to send to ICECAP and it not be the problem. The t5's are brand new and the t12 were checked out by citypets and worked. Sigh...I am so frustrated...
