Where to locally (houston) buy (new) planting tweezers?

Anyone know where I can buy those flat tip ribbed planting tweezers (not the hemostats, the locking scares me) Locally in houston? I tried Fish Gallery, but they were all sold out. Is there any other fish store that sells this?

I would like to find a place locally (retail for convenience) by sunday if possible... if not I'll just overnight one online to come in on tues. But I kinda need one for this weekend.

Get the hemos and cut off the locking jaws. maybe put some rubber tubing over the end. What you think?
