setting up mp40

hey, does anyone want to comeby and help me setup my vortech mp40?
i have no idea what im supposed to do to set this thing up ,lol

i just picked it up used from fish gallery.

the problem I'm having is the red light stays on constant, but the green light flashes continually.

the pump won't kick on, and I don't know if its something I'm doing wrong or if its something that is wrong with the pump itself.

Off the top of my head, I think you calibrated the pump wrong. You need to clear the memory and start over. When calibrating for disconnect auto shut off you should be holding the

If that doesn't fix it it might be the wetside. I can't recall all the error codes. If the wetside is the problem, which is likely the case, then totally remove the wetside and let it sit in vinegar overnight. Then clean with a tooth brush. Should fix it, if not you just got cheated.

Just pump, 2x power supplies, and a flow controller.

I found the problem, my girl downloaded the manual and found the issue.

I need a pin spacer, because my glass is thinner then the tank it was on.

It turns on just fine when spaced correctly.

So guess i got a mp40 for $40.

That spacer on there should be adjustable.

the spacer is missing, i guess they didnt need it because their glass was the perfect thickness.

Oic, yeah you run the pump with no spacer is it's 3/4".

What tank you running this on?
