Eheim spray bar

I just recieved my 2x http://www.bigalsonline.com/Fish_Plu...tml?tc=default (The 594 style) On the website, it says good for 12/16mm tubing (2215) - apparently its made for 16/22mm. I noticed this after the fact under specifications. The description wasn't updated though. Is there some sort of fitting that can convert my 12/16 tubing to fit a 16/22 nozzle? Would be nice if I could get this to work. The double elbow and adjustable spray bar size would allow me to put it horizontal along the top of the side of my tank.
