Tank Temp

I have 4 smaller tanks sitting in a corner of a room and I'm running out of outlet space. One thing I was looking at was the heaters (each tank has one). I keep my apartment at 75 and tanks at 80-81. The tanks have Malawi and Victorians in them (breeders and fry).

Do you guys use heaters in your fry/smaller tanks? Would they be fine in 75degree water? Will breeding/grow speed get affected?

The outlets would probably get replaced with some small HOBs on top of the current sponge filtration.

Fry tend to grow slower in cooler water in my experience. They'll be fine in 75 degree water, however.
