Frustrating and embarassing

I'm sitting here with this stupid loc-line Y unit, but I need to get this threaded unit off.

Anyone know an easy way to get this off without me breaking my hands...?

They use theses on CNC mills and Lathes for coolant. When they would get stuck on I would find some thing same diameter as the hole and gently pry them apart....

I always use my benchvise and a prybar to get them apart

yeah I got it. I stuck my leatherman in one side and pried the living ^$%# out of it.
