Where can I go to dig my own holey rock?

I think it would be a lot of fun to go out and find my own rock but I haven't a clue where to look. Can someone point me in the right direction?

There is a ton of it in New Braunfels. . not sure if there are any public parks or anything, I just know there's a lot there. We got several hundred pounds of it from my aunts property. :) There is also quite a bit in Austin, again, not sure where you would look, just know it's there. Might ask Dave with Holey Rock of Texas what area he goes to. Hope that helps!
